ep77 reserves the right to suspend an Account where unusual login activity or suspicious transaction patterns are detected, pending a security review. ep77 will contact you via your registered email address in such circumstances.
All deposits to your ep77 Account must be made using one of the payment methods currently supported by the platform. As of the date of these Terms, supported deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. ep77 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
All deposits are processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion charges applied by ep77. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction within your Account portal. Deposits using funds that do not legally belong to you are prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; processing times may be affected by factors outside ep77's control including bank processing schedules and public holidays in Pakistan.
ep77 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances ep77 will notify you and may request additional documentation before proceeding.
ep77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
The wagering requirement for each bonus is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified in the promotion. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs. 1,000 bonus requires total qualifying wagers of Rs. 30,000 before any winnings become withdrawable. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — the applicable contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
All games available on the ep77 platform are operated using independently certified RNG technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. ep77 does not manipulate game results in any way. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game's provider and is available within the game's information panel.
By placing a wager on any game, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the amount wagered. All completed wagers are final. ep77 will not reverse a completed wager except in circumstances where a clear technical malfunction is demonstrated to have affected the game outcome.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round, ep77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed during that round to the respective Players' Accounts. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously displayed win, the displayed amount will not be paid and the wager will be returned to the Player. ep77 is not liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from a technical malfunction.
For sports betting markets, including cricket, PSL, and other events, ep77's specific Sports Betting Rules apply. These rules govern settlement of markets, void bets, postponed events, and related matters. Where an event is cancelled or abandoned, markets will be settled in accordance with ep77's Sports Betting Rules as published on the platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ep77 platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:
